Tara Sapp, Co-Owner of Aliso Escrow, Inc., has been in the escrow profession in the Ventura area since 1979. The professional designation of "Certified Senior Escrow Officer" which she holds was awarded to her by the California Escrow Association upon fulfillment of business and education requirements and the successful completion of oral and written examinations.

Prior to finding her niche in the escrow field, Tara worked as an executive secretary for a construction testing laboratory. She processed her first escrow at Wells Fargo Bank, leaving in 1982 to take a position at a local independent company where she worked as an Escrow Officer for seven years. Tara was hired in 1989 by a Westlake escrow firm to establish and manage an Oxnard branch office and remained there until October of 1991 when she returned to Ventura to open Aliso Escrow, Inc.

Tara is a member of the American Escrow Association, California Escrow Association, and the Ventura County Escrow Association. A recipient of the 1994 Affiliate of the Year award from the Ventura Association of Realtors, Tara has served on their Community Service Committee since 1990, and has been an integral part of their Adopt-A-School program and the annual auction benefiting Project Understanding.

Years of experience, hard work, and dedication have made Tara a true professional in the escrow industry with the ability to consistantly service the needs of all her clients. During her career she has handled a wide spectrum of escrow transactions; specializing in residential resales, exchanges, mobile homes, and loan escrows.

Tara is a native of Ventura and attended local schools, including Ventura College where she completed real estate and escrow courses.
