Certified Senior Escrow Officer, is co-owner of Aliso Escrow, Inc. in Ventura, California. Originally from Texas, Rhonda attended Stephen F. Austin State University of Houston, moving to Ventura in 1984 where her escrow career began. She started at a local independent escrow company and left there in 1989 to accept a position as Assistant Manager of a new Oxnard branch office for a Westlake escrow firm. Continuing to progress in her industry, in 1991, she along with her partner, founded Aliso Escrow, Inc. Her experience prior to 1984 included lending and banking.

Rhonda obtained her professional designation of "Certified Escrow Officer" from the California Escrow Association in 1989 and "Certified Senior Escrow Officer" in 1994, after fulfilling business and education requirements and successfully completing oral and written exams.

Rhonda is a member of the American Escrow Association, California Escrow Association, Independent Escrow Association, and Ventura County Escrow Association. She is an active affiliate of the Ventura Association of Realtors and was honored as their 1994 "Affiliate of the Year". Rhonda has served on numerous committees within the industry throughout her career. She has been involved with the Community Service Committee since 1990 and has been a key player in the Adopt-A-School program, and the annual auction benefiting Project Understanding.

On a day to day basis, Rhonda processes various types of escrows, such as residential resales, exchanges, commercial, industrial, tract, vessel and loan escrows; specializing in bulk sales and liquor license transfers.

As a result of her expertise, dedication and extensive knowledge, Rhonda has built many outstanding relationships in the real estate arena and has established rapport with various government agencies which has proven to be invaluable in her profession.
