Beth Lovelace - was first introduced to escrow in 1984 when she was hired as an Escrow Assistant at a local independent escrow company.   Previously she was a paralegal and discovered this was invaluable to her success as she continued to pursue a career in escrow. 

Beth obtained her professional designation of "Certified Escrow Officer" in 1990 and "Certified Senior Escrow Officer" in 1995.  These designations are issued by the California Escrow Association upon successful completion of oral and written examinations and the fulfillment of working experience and education requirements.

Originally from Michigan, she obtained her paralegal degree from Southwestern Michigan College where she also competed in track and cross-country, for the All American Team in 1980.  She has lived in Ventura County since 1983 and has worked as an Escrow Officer for both title companies and independent escrow companies.  Her resume includes the job title of Escrow Manager for the Oxnard branch of an independent escrow company as well as Vice President and Ventura County Escrow Manager for a large title company.

Beth is an active member of the Independent Escrow Association, American Escrow Association, California Escrow Association and the local Ventura County Escrow Association where she has served on the Board as Vice President, Community Service Chair and Education Chair.  As Education Chair she had the honor of receiving third place for "Perpetual Education" as awarded by the California Escrow Association at the 2000 Conference.

Promoting education and community service is a passion for this dynamic Escrow Officer.  You can always count on her to be involved in one or both of these arenas on a regular basis.  Beth has recently participated in and completed the first class of Community Emergency Response Team for the City of Camarillo.

As a result of her dedication and extensive knowledge Beth has been privileged to work with many real estate professionals on local , state and national levels.  An Escrow Officer with a desire for excellent customer service, combined with her expertise in residential re-sales, exchanges, commercial, tract and loan escrows make Beth an asset to any escrow transaction.
